Founder-led outbound, turned into a daily routine
Taking what a founder already does well, judgement, relationships, product depth, and making it repeatable without pretending an SDR org is the answer.
How we think about founder-led outbound
Founder-led selling usually works until it has to happen every week. The instincts are real; the routine is not. Outreach happens between everything else, and the pipeline moves in bursts.
The work is to turn that intuition into an operating system the founder can actually run: a defined target, a documented workflow, a weekly cadence and a small set of assets, sized to the hours a founder genuinely has.
Sometimes that system installs and immediately produces motion. Sometimes it installs and the messaging still needs another loop before signal appears. Both are documented in the field reports below rather than smoothed over.
What has to be true
Build around how the founder actually works
A system that assumes four uninterrupted hours a day will be abandoned in week two.
Document the target before the outreach
Founder intuition about fit is usually right and usually unwritten. Writing it down makes it transferable.
A weekly cadence beats bursts
Consistent small volume produces steadier conversations than sporadic pushes.
Design for eventual handoff
The system should be something a first hire can inherit, not something only the founder can operate.

The founder needed founder-led sales to become repeatable, measurable and eventually transferable to an SDR/AE team. The system installed; outbound messaging signal still needed iteration at the end of the build.
